Who are the Clinics in Motion?
There are approximately over 2,000 General Practice Nurses in Ireland. They are involved in immunisations, cervical screening, health promotion, phlebotomy, weight management, smoking cessation, women’s health, men’s health, antenatal & postnatal care, wound management, travel vaccinations, cryotherapy, counselling, stress management, ear care, methadone maintenance; management of chronic conditions such as asthma, COPD, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, dermatology ; as well as clinical audits, practice protocols, CPR training, etc.

What is IGPNEA Education?
IGPNEA Education is an eLearning website developed by CPD Sessions, exclusively available to members of the IGPNEA.
The courses have been developed as part of our history of work with ICGP Education, 4Front Pharmacy and Clinics in Motion and are made available freely to IGPNEA members.

Can I register for the website?
The website is for members of the IGPNEA only. Any current member of the IGPNEA is automatically registered. Every Practice Nurse in Ireland can become a member of the IGPNEA and will have access to all courses on registration.
Can we develop new courses for IGPNEA?
Yes, General Practice Nurses are the back bone of Primary Care in Ireland. We have ambitious plans to develop quality education across a variety of clinical topics over the coming years. We would welcome conversations with any individual or company who are considering educational eLearning for Practice Nurses.
